Skywarp the Superhero

Based on Whispatchet's sketch which can be found here:

I wanted to do fanart of that little doodle, and in a similar style. So yeah. I always seem to draw Cliffjumper being messed with by Warp. Oh well, and yeah, Warp should look into a better disguise X3

I'm going to try and upload another pic before this month is over. If time permits.
